Overview: Illamasqua Lipsticks

Recently I have been grabbing for these lippys because they are SO pigmented and since they are matte, the staying power is outstanding! I only have three for now but I do plan on getting more on my next trip to Sephora because they are fabulous!

Here they are. L to R: Sonnet, Obey, Liv




Swatches! Sonnet is a peachy nude, Obey is a coral/apricot, and Liv is a bubblegum pink.

Yes, glossy lips are a must have for me in the summer but don't get me wrong, I LOVE matte lips just as much. With that said, these definitely stay on your lips once you apply. They are drying, but all you have to do is apply some lip balm before hand, blot some off, and then apply and you will still get that same matte finish without it being so dry. Problem solved :)

Have any of you tried Illamasqua lipsticks? If so... what colors? I can't wait to try more!

    Wow, I haven't tried Illamasqua but I really want to. all of those lipsticks are gorgeous.

    And thanks for the comment on my post! You should definitely order some candles, they're great! I can't sit in a room anymore without lighting any lol. you should also check out the message board. Everyone on there talks about the best scents so you'll kinda have an idea of where to start haha.

    All of these lipsticks are really pretty. I have the exact same problem with my boyfriend, he hates the feeling of chapstick let alone gloss. I need to try these.

    and lol, your welcome. You should try full n soft it does exactly what its supposed too it makes them "full n soft" you can just throw it on and go, theres no work to n putting it on

    Ugh and here i was doing so GOOD with the not buying makeup thing and these gorgeous colors popped into my life. :\ My bank account is going 6 feet and under as we speak. Great post!
